Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds may be handled for QyroLab course access and optional facilitated formats, depending on delivery status.

1) Definitions

Access: the ability to view course materials and related resources (digital delivery).

Facilitated format: optional scheduled circles or guided sessions when offered.

Digital materials: lesson content, templates, worksheets, and prompts delivered electronically.

2) General principles

Refund handling depends on (a) what was purchased, (b) whether access has started, and (c) what has been delivered or reserved (for example, scheduled capacity).

If separate written participation details exist for a specific cohort, they may add engagement-specific conditions.

3) Before access starts

If you cancel before access starts, a refund may be considered depending on preparation already completed and non-recoverable processing costs (if applicable).

To evaluate, we may request minimal reference details (name and email used).

4) After access starts

Once access begins, digital delivery and reserved capacity may reduce refund eligibility. In some cases, partial refunds may be considered for clearly undelivered portions.

  • Course materials delivered or accessible: may reduce refundable scope.
  • Circles reserved or started: may reduce refundable scope.
  • Used support time (if included): may reduce refundable scope.

Each request is assessed using the documented format and current delivery status.

5) Digital materials

Digital materials may be non-returnable once delivered or made accessible. If a refund is considered, it will account for delivered content and reserved time.

6) Exceptions

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Completed or substantially delivered access periods.
  • Downloaded or substantially consumed digital materials.
  • Delays caused by missing information you choose not to provide, or changes outside the agreed format.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

7) How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] and include:

  • Your name and the email address used.
  • The track/format name (and cohort dates if relevant).
  • A short reason for the request.

We may ask for minimal verification to protect your information.

8) Handling timeline

We review requests within a reasonable period after receiving necessary details. If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the original method used.
